This afternoon the kids and I went to Hayden to meet their teachers. We actually know Carson's teacher, she would sit in on some of he speech sessions and she has been teaching there since Madelyn was in Kindergarten. Madelyn's teacher was new to us. I'm not sure if she has taught at Hayden before, but she seems nice and excited about this school year. It seems like Madelyn and Carson have lots of friends in their class, which I hope won't interfere with the learning process.
Over the past few days I have had so many people offer to help with our "situation" and making sure Carson is taken care of after school. I am so thankful for all the help that has been offered, which has made this situation easier to handle. I am so thankful for great friends that are always willing to help at a moments notice! I am happy that we will be staying at Hayden, but I am not finished dealing with Scott. I still want answers. I tried calling the Principal yesterday and Jon called this morning, leaving messages both times to have her call us back, but we haven't heard back from anyone. I still want an explanation as to how this happened, so when we have to do go through this with Aubrey next year I will be prepared. If only Hayden could have an all day kindergarten program next year!
