I made a last minute decision to go to my parents house on Halloween so we could go to my niece Madison's Baptism in Cedar City on Saturday. Jon wasn't able to go with us since he works on Saturday, so the kids and I headed out Friday morning. The kids were excited to see their Arizona cousins, especially Carson. There aren't very many boy cousins on the McCune side, so when there is a boy cousin around Carson sticks to them like glue! Eric was good about playing with Carson and letting him play his game boy, Carson was addicted to it! Thanks Eric for putting up with him!
Friday night the kids trick or treated around my parents neighborhood and came home with loads of candy! Papa didn't have a costume so the girls gave him part of their costumes!
Madelyn wouldn't wear the hat or the eye patch! She told me that only boy pirates wear the hat and she wasn't a boy pirate!
Saturday we played at the park by my parents house and then went to my niece Haylee's soccer game. After the soccer game we made a mad dash to Cedar City for Madison's baptism. We got there just in time. There were four other kids being baptized as well. Grandma McCune gave a special talk on the Holy Ghost and all the cousins were so cute sitting on the front row listening and watching. After the baptism we went back to Brian and Laci's house for yummy chicken tacos, with homemade tortillas, football and total chaos with 12 kids running around! It was a quick trip and packed with lots of fun! I am glad that we were able to go to Madison's Baptism and help Madelyn to prepare for hers in a few months!

What a fun weekend! Congrats to Madison on her baptism! Great job on the costumes Kim! Your children made way cute pirates! So did you Uncle Clark! =)
So so cute! I love the themed family costumes!
It was a great weekend. We are still talking about it around here. Eric just loves Carson. Grandma brought the Wii this weekend for our painting party. My kids have all been practicing Mario Kart so they can keep up with Mr. Carson. We will miss you at Thanksgiving and are looking forward to Feb. and the continuation of all the baptisms. Love you guys.
