It is finally feeling like fall! The weather is cooling off and we are trying to get into the Halloween spirit! I still haven't pulled out the tub of Halloween decorations, but we do have a few Halloween items put in the house! The kids are anxious to dress up for Halloween and go Trick or Treating! I think they are going to be Pirates, thanks to Knott's! Although Aubrey told me she wanted to be a dog, which she was last year! Either way we won't have to go and buy costume this year!
This was the pattern from the Stitching Group at church. I actually finished it yesterday, yeah it is done before Halloween! I have a little more chalking to do, but I have to find some brown chalk. I was so excited to get it tea dyed and chalked that I had to have it framed today! So I went out to the garage and found some scraps of wood and after a little measuring and frustration, I had a "primitive frame"! I love how it turned out! I am excited to start on my frames for a project I saw at Iron Station in St. George! I hope to enlist Jon's help so maybe it will be less frustrating!

Can you get me the pattern for that pumpkin one? Along with DETAILED instructions and the frame?? :)
Seriously, I want that pattern! I'll get you a copy of some cute patterns I have for the kids rooms. Deal?
By the way, the witch is SO cute too, but I don't even dare to attempt that one. You're so talented little Miss Martha Stewart!
OH, and my friend does the Vinyl signs too so I'll have to pick her brain for some cute quotes/ideas on our morning walks.
