We spent this morning enjoying a wonderful breakfast with Jon's parents before heading to celebrate Mother's Day at the Happiest Place on earth! When we arrived at Disneyland they were handing out carnations to all the Moms in honor of Mother's Day! It reminded me of my mom, since she loved carnations (especially pink ones)! Aubrey gave me her cute hand made necklace that she made before we left on our trip, Madelyn and Carson left their gifts at home for when we get back, and Jon got me the Disneyland sweat shirt I wanted yesterday! It was a wonderful day and the kids reminded e how much I love being their Mom and how grateful I am for my Mom, Morag, and all the other women who have played a motherly role in my life!
Jon excited about being able to come back tomorrow!
