My parents invited all 10 of us kids and our families to join them in Heber City for Christmas. (Everyone didn't make it so we missed Heather, Stephanie & LeVell, Jason, and Sean & Megan!) We headed up to Heber on Tuesday after Jon got done with work! The weather was horrible and it took us over 8 hours to get there! I think that is the worst weather we have ever driven in, but it was well worth the trip! The house we were staying at was large enough that everyone had their own space and the kids had plenty of room to run around and play!
We started Wednesday tubing at Solider Hollow! I wasn't sure what to expect or how the kids would handle it, but we all loved it! We had a two hour window to go down the run as many times as we could! They have a great little system that pulls you on your tube to the top of the hill and then you just hop and slide down be yourself or with a group! Madelyn and Carson had so much fun going with their cousins that I didn't see them until the end of our two hours!
