They finally put out the schedule for summer term, you can really see that our higher education in Nevada is in trouble! There are probably a few hundred people at CSN that need to take these required Biology classes to get into various medical programs, but they are only offering 1 section of Biology 224 lecture and 2 lab choices. That's only 40 seats! I was hoping they would offer at least two sections of lecture, 1 during the day and one at night, but no such luck! The class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am-12:30pm and the lab is either Tuesday or Thursday, from 1:30pm-4:30 pm! I want to take this class, but it is going to take some juggling and figuring out with the kids! I know of quite a few people who are trying to take this class, so the only good thing is that I am in the first group to be able to register since our last name starts with A!
