After much frustration and hours wasted trying to figure out why I can't upload pictures that look normal to Costco, I finally made a phone call to the help center! I hadn't noticed the phone number when I was doing our Christmas cards, but I saw it when I was trying to upload the baptism invitations so I decided to call. I thought it would be like other times when I have called tech support (on the phone for hours and the problem is still not resolved)! I was totally wrong. There was no wait time and when I explained my problem the guy told me exactly what the problem was, it was Photoshop and not Costco at all! I am still trying to work out all my little bugs so I don't have to email it to myself, open it on another computer, and then upload it to Costco. But for now, I am happy to do these few extra steps instead of being frustrated for hours!
This is how our Christmas card that I posted earlier should have looked!

The lady working in the photo center at our Costco also told me what I need to do so that the pictures print so the color looks how I see it on my computer! I am so happy to finally have things figured out! Now I am anxious to get our wedding negatives from Dennis Davis so I can have some editing and then hang them on our wall! We have been waiting a few years for him to locate them, but I got in contact with him earlier this week and we should have them soon! We have been married for over 9 years and we have two wedding pictures framed, but have not hung them on the wall! We seem to have a phobia about hanging things on the walls in our house!
