January 16th was not a good day at our house! Aubrey was up to her usually mischievous self and managed to get her hands on our digital camera and broke it! I'm not sure what she did, but when you try and turn it on it says, "lens error, restart camera". I looked online to see what Canon's website said about the message and it looks like I would have to take it to someone to have it repaired. I was so upset that I couldn't even talk to her, I just sent her to her room! It's not a super fancy or super expensive camera, but it took nice pictures and was a nice size!
It couldn't have happened at a worse time either. I just got Madelyn' Baptism dress back from the cleaners and I planned to take pictures of her on Saturday, so I could send out her baptism initiations. Thankfully Uncle Nic and Aunt Tammy came that weekend and were able to take some pictures with their nice camera! Thanks Uncle Nic for taking the time to take the pictures for us! I edited the pictures that I used for the invitation and the other pictures were edited by Gena.
I wasn't sure what jewelry would go with Madelyn's beautiful dress, but I think this necklace, that was my mom's, was just right! I love how Gena edited it these pictures!

Gorgeous, gorgeous! Does it feel unreal to have an 8 yr old? Its weird to ME that you do. I still think of you & Jon as 18 yr olds going on dates back in Lompoc. Where did all that time go?
