I guess I shouldn't call it an after party, but that is what it was! We had all of our family come back to our house for dinner and to hang out. Although we didn't have all our family with us, it was fun to catch up with those that were able to come and let the cousins play together! When our kids always have a blast when they get together with their cousins and the visits are never long enough!
Madelyn had a few gifts that she opened before everyone headed home.
Madelyn opening the gifts from Grandma and Papa McCune. They gave her a Willow Tree keepsake box, a small Hymn Book, and a tote bag for her scriptures that Grandma McCune made!
Auntie Christine made this "B" for Baptism, Katie picked out the paper! (Good job on the paper Katie, it'll match her room perfect!
Grandpa and Grandma Arnold gave Madelyn her scriptures for her baptism, she wanted red ones like mom. They also gave her a Roxy dress for her birthday and Grandma Arnold made a beautiful candy bouquet!
Madelyn also got a scripture tote that match her scriptures from Uncle Nic, Auntie Tammy and Andrew and a Roxy shirt from Auntie Mimi. Our friends, Pierre and Kristy, weren't able to make it to the baptism, but they sent Madelyn a cute baptism book for Madelyn to record the details and feelings from the day!
Our air hockey clearance deal from Target was a hit and kept the kids busy!

Madelyn and Katie Bug! I think that Madelyn is lucky yo have so many girl cousins her age! On the McCune side there are 5 girls that turn 8 within a year! Madison was Baptized in November, Madelyn in January, Allison in February, Katie in March/April, and Alexa in June! I think that is pretty special and I hope that Madelyn will have a special bond with these sweet girls!
