Today was the first day of the new school year at a new school! The kids were all very excited to go to the new school and be with friends from church! They were less than thrilled about the stricter uniform policy (no jeans, except for Fridays when you wear your spirit shirt), but they will survive!
Madelyn was very excited she finally found a Roxy messenger bag and stylish converses for the new school year!
Aubrey was all about the accessories, but I had to make her leave the red bracelet home (it would be too distracting for her at school)! She is such a girly girl!
Carson was Mr. Joe Cool! He just hopes to find someone who loves football as much as him and will have someone to throw the ball with! He was excited to find out that his teacher was a BYU graduate and wanted to take his BYU football to show her!

Today was also the first day of 3rd semester for me! I was so happy I didn't have class and I was able to get the kids off to their first day of school. I can still remember how sick I was about having to miss Aubrey's first day of Kindergarten last year due to my first day of nursing school!
