A few weeks ago my parents sent us some home movies they had put onto dvd for us. I have been busy and we haven't pulled them out and watched them, but I was also a little hesitant because I wasn't sure what kinds of questions might be sparked when the kids see my mom for the first time. I just put the first dvd on while I was making dinner and the kids were playing outside. Madelyn came in first and sat down and watched. Them Aubrey came in the door and saw the tv on and yelled out to Carson, "Carson, America's Funniest Videos is on!"
I couldn't help but laugh! The kids came in, sat down and watched it all! They loved it! They kept asking, "who's that? Do we know anyone here?" It was fun to see their faces and listen to them giggle as they watched Papa McCune and Grandma Diane jumping off the swings at the park by my Grandma McCune's house!
They loved it so much, now we just need to see about getting all the Christmas ones!
