This is no April Fools Joke!

Well I never thought that I would be sitting at my computer blogging, when there is so much that needs to be done! Jon is still working hard at the office, the kids are in bed, I am waiting for a load of laundry to finish in the dryer, and putting off school work! But since I am here, there is no time like the present to jump into the blogging world.
In R.S. they have started a program, A Call to Excellence (which is similar to the Personal Progress program for Young Women) and one of the goals is to start a gratitude journal and write 5 things you are thankful for each day for a month. Here are a few of the things that I am grateful for:

1. I am thankful for my Savior and all he has done for me. Simply because of him I can be with my family Forever!
2. I am thankful for Jon and for all that he does for me and our family! He is always putting us first and loving us no matter what! He loves me unconditionally! Jon puts up with all my weaknesses and faults and loves me for them!
3. I am thankful for Madelyn! She is such a sweet girl and loves to do all the fun artistic things that I love to do! She is so smart and keeps me on my toes! I see so much of myself in her that it scares me!
4. I am thankful for Carson! He is our little "lover"! He is always giving me hugs and kisses and loving everyone around him! He is a great brother and gives his sisters everything!
5. I am thankful for Aubrey! She is the crazy little lady around the house! Always there with a silly face and a conversation that only she completely understands! She is always on the go, but without her our family would not be complete!

Welcome to the blogging world!! I know you didn't send out an announcement that you started a blog but you left a comment on mine and I had to check and see if you started one--so I hope it's alright that I snooped and found this!
I love the idea of a grateful journal. It' s something I need to do especially on a day like today with whiny kids and did I mention Taylor pooped in the tub! Totally gross! I think she is just trying to ease me into the terrible 3's. :) Yes, I think 3 is way worse than 2!! (Only 364 more days, right?)
We are going to St. George next week for a long weekend. I know it's your B-day weekend but if you don't have any plans you should come and hang out! I thought of Madelyn yesterday when they made the announcement that Hannah Montana is going to do Stadium of Fire. Are you guys going to go?? I think tickets go on sale Friday at 5 pm.
